Return Process

  Place the product in its original packaging, ensuring the bottle is securely sealed and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fragrance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
